Customs, Duties and Taxes

When ordering, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Dyesol has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

GST

Our products are liable for GST in Australia. Additionally, all postage costs in Australia are liable for 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International orders are not charged GST.

Halted Orders/Refunds/Returns

Should we be unable to fill your order for any reason, we will contact you within two working days with full details and inquire how you would like your order to proceed.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery to the carrier. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the carrier immediately.
