Worldwide, Dyesol employs more than 70 staff, mostly technologists, scientists and engineers, including several international expert consultants.

Our people are crucial to our success. Achieving our goal to be the international leader in the commercialisation of dye solar cell (DSC) technology depends on the talents, enthusiasm and engagement of our employees. We aim to develop staff with opportunities for career progression, while striving to create a climate that celebrates diversity. We have an inclusive employment strategy, which has led to a multicultural work team, composed of women and men born over twenty countries.

Education: Dyesol holds staff training sessions for all staff, in a well equipped staff training room, and supports staff in their pursuit of further education.

We aim to harmonise the commercial interests of Dyesol with the private and family needs of our employees, thereby assuring the mutual benefit of both.
