Whatever capability is needed for the laboratory, from basic student teaching, to research and product prototyping, Dyesol has a Laboratory Solution to meet the requirements. Dyesol is unique, in that it offers a complete laboratory setup service worldwide, where we combine existing customer facilities with equipment necessary to produce the DSC solution required.  The service includes planning, commissioning, all processing details and training programs – and optional ongoing collaborative R&D.

 

As an extension to the Laboratory Solutions, Dyesol designs and supplies complete (or partial) Prototyping Solutions. This enables the customer to produce devices for market evaluation, long term trials, reproducibility assessment, production cost evaluation and staff training.

 

The Prototyping Solution incorporates Dyesol proprietary and OEM equipment to provide an integrated capability to manufacture small quantities of DSC devices. The package includes capacity and cost planning, facility design, supply and installation, training, technology support and substantially discounted materials.

 

Dyesol can provide continuous or batch manufacturing solutions including a complete turnkey service for the establishment of manufacturing capabilities. Clients interested in this capability enter into a project planning phase, during which Dyesol assists with business and capability planning prior to committing to the construction and manufacturing phase. Dyesol personnel work alongside the client for the complete period till manufacturing is fully established. Dyesol then supplies a three year technology support package and materials under fixed price/volume contract.
 

Dyesol's strategy is to fast track development of DSC by partnering with industrial entities in key markets and has entered into joint venture arrangements with strategic partners for establishment of manufacturing facilities.
