Dyesol's proprietary manufacturing processes are developed to be simple steps requiring lower cost capital equipment and using relatively benign materials. Most of the manufacturing processes are protected by patent or trade secret regimes. Our production methodology ensures environmental friendliness, lower capital costs.

Dyesol's equipment does not rely on highly skilled operators. We can provide proven training procedures, simple and straightforward process instructions, quality & testing procedures and equipment manuals.

The equipment comprises a number of processing stations, each easily reprogrammable to adopt a wide range of DSC designs. Flexibility of our equipment and processes makes our technology a valuable tool for evaluation of new materials and structures, prototyping of new designs, and for verification & validation of new concepts in photovoltaics of the 3rd generation.

Features of the DSC manufacturing process include :
